Dr. Cui Wei is a lecturer in the Department of Information Systems and Analytics at the School of Computing, National University of Singapore (NUS). She received her PhD in Information Systems and Analytics from the School of Computing, National University of Singapore. She has a B.Eng. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Nanyang Technological University. She currently teaches Artificial Intelligence-related courses and focuses on adult learning. Before joining academia as a lecturer, Dr. Cui worked at SAP Asia as a researcher to support various AI and machine learning projects. Her research interests include human-AI interaction and user experience design. She examines how AI applications (e.g., conversational agents) influence user perception and behaviour and designs more effective intelligent systems to enhance user experience. Her work has been published in top-ranked international conferences, such as the International Conference on Information Systems.
