Post-Doctoral Fellow

A postodoctoral fellow position is currently available in the Computational Biology Laboratory, School of Computing, National University of Singapore.

You will be joinining a team of dynamic bioinformaticians, bio-data scientists and biologists in tackling some difficult but meaningful analytical problems in biological big data. In this instance, the focus is to work on missing protein problems in proteomics data.

The project is a joint venture with Dr Wilson Goh, Bio-Data Science and Education Laboratory, Nanyang Technological University

You should hav a PhD in Computational Biology, Data Science, Computer Science, or Bioinformatics. Other relevant degrees may also be considered. You should preferably have experience working with mass spectrometry data and/or have experience working with network models
