Research Assistant (FinTech)

The Research Assistant will be responsible for working closely with the Co-Principal Investigators and lab members on one or more research projects in the area of insurance, financial analysis and automation. As an entry level position, the candidate should have interest in at least one of the following areas:

• Technical:
  • Data visualization
  • Business Intelligence
• Area of Specialization
  • FinTech
  • HealthTech or
  • RegTec

Successful candidates would be able to show at least interest in the area of visualization by having done some education or development of visualisations.

Job requirements

• Analysing data and manipulating it
• Reading and Writing papers to learn basic insights
• Developing data visualization with PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik or other tools

Experiences and background

• Comfortable with written and verbal communication skills
• A Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in technology
• Singaporean/ SPR are preferred
