JIN, Chen is an assistant professor in the Department of Information Systems and Analytics at the National University of Singapore (NUS) School of Computing. Prior to joining NUS, Chen was a post-doctoral research fellow at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Chen earned his Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering and Management Science from Northwestern University. His research interests lie in the intersection of information systems and operations.
