Li Gujie is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Information Systems and Analytics at the National University of Singapore (NUS). He received his PhD in Information Systems from Robert H. Smith School of Business, University of Maryland. His research interests center around understanding how technological innovations including artificial intelligence, multimodal communication and platform policy shape user behaviour and experience. He is also committed to addressing broader societal issues in technology-mediated environments. He mainly employs econometric methods in combination with machine and deep learning to analyse large-scale structured and unstructured data, including text, audio, video and networks.
