Programme Objectives

This Professional Certificate will equip learners with the following competencies:

Gain a comprehensive knowledge of cloud computing, including its history, evolution, the differences between cloud and traditional infrastructure models and the advantages and disadvantages of cloud
Gain practical experience on some sample SaaS and PaaS solutions in the public cloud
Develop a strong understanding of cloud computing architecture concepts, including containers (such as Docker), container orchestration (like Kubernetes), serverless computing, and microservices.
Gain practical experience with cloud infrastructure services and learn about the key factors involved in decision-making when selecting appropriate cloud infrastructure services
Acquire knowledge of cloud computing security principles and understanding of risk assessment methodologies for cloud migration

Total Nett Programme Fee Payable, including GST, after additional funding from various funding schemes.
Participants must fulfill at least 70% attendance and pass all assessment components for all short courses within a professional certificate in order to be eligible for SSG funding.
The applicable funding is for Singaporeans and Singapore PRs. This is subject to change and in accordance with SSG funding guidelines as of course commencement.

As AI and emerging technologies continue to reshape industries and transform workforce skill requirements, we are refreshing our programme portfolio to ensure our offerings remain relevant, responsive, and aligned with evolving industry needs.

As outlined on our website since December 2025, the Advanced Professional Certificate (APC) and Professional Certificate (PC) programmes will be phased out by June 2026.
