Programme Overview

This programme launches you on a journey of understanding and appreciation of FinTech and its importance. Participants will be equipped with a comprehensive understanding of FinTech concepts, design thinking principles, digital transformation in financial services, and the basic and decisive applications of AI and blockchain technologies in fintech. It is designed to prepare individuals for success in the dynamic and innovative field of financial technology.

Programme Objectives

Gain insights into the FinTech landscape, including its impact and key challenges in the FinTech landscape.
Acquire knowledge of Chatbots, RPA, Blockchain, Smart Contracts, Big Data, and AI.
Understand digital asset classes and new capital-raising methods.
Use design thinking to create cost-effective, sustainable solutions with a collaborative mindset.
Learn how technology addresses financial industry challenges and compare banks with FinTech companies.
Design blockchain solutions and strategies, focusing on AI and privacy.
Learn to predict customer behaviour, improve loyalty, and design automated, privacy-protected processes and seamless UI/UX using AI and Blockchain.

Total Nett Programme Fee Payable, including GST, after additional funding from various funding schemes.
Participants must fulfill at least 70% attendance and pass all assessment components for all short courses within a professional certificate in order to be eligible for SSG funding.
The applicable funding is for Singaporeans and Singapore PRs. This is subject to change and in accordance with SSG funding guidelines as of course commencement.

As AI and emerging technologies continue to reshape industries and transform workforce skill requirements, we are refreshing our programme portfolio to ensure our offerings remain relevant, responsive, and aligned with evolving industry needs.

As outlined on our website since December 2025, the Advanced Professional Certificate (APC) and Professional Certificate (PC) programmes will be phased out by June 2026. As part of this transition, we are developing and introducing new courses and learning opportunities to help learners acquire the skills needed to thrive in a rapidly changing environment. A selected number of existing individual courses will also continue to be offered.
