Business Analytics Student Kyle Lao Advances to Finals of Global 2025 Values and Ventures Competition

Congratulations to Business Analytics student Kyle Lao for being named a Finalist in the 2025 Values and Ventures Competition, hosted by the Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University.

The competition empowers undergraduate entrepreneurs worldwide to pitch ventures that combine profit with social impact. Past ideas include recycling plants employing the homeless, improved autism treatment access, and real-time organ donor communication. Finalists receive at least $1,000 to support their ventures.

Participants also act as investors in an Investor Challenge, selecting which teams advance. Values and Ventures is supported by the TCU Neeley Institute for Entrepreneurship and Innovation and the Richards Barrentine Donor Advised Fund of the Texas Women’s Foundation.
