🇸🇬 Singapore secures 5th place at the 2025 International Olympiad in Informatics (IOI)

We’re proud to share that our students have achieved outstanding results at the International Olympiad in Informatics (IOI) 2025, held in Bolivia. Their hard work, dedication, and exceptional problem-solving skills truly shone on the global stage.

🥇 Brian (Raffles Institution) and Beichen (Hwa Chong Institution) – Gold
🥈 Wei Bin and Jing Hong (both from NUS High School of Math and Science) – Silver

Their combined effort placed Team Singapore 5th out of 84 countries/regions — an incredible jump from our usual 14–25 range. This marks Singapore’s joint 2nd best result in 34 years of IOI participation, showing how our students continue to punch well above our weight on the global stage.
