Rezolve Ai Acquires ViSenze, Singapore’s Award-Winning Global Visual Search Provider 

ViSenze has been acquired by Rezolve Ai (Nasdaq: RZLV), a global leader in conversational commerce and product discovery. Congratulations to Professor Chua Tat Seng, NUS Computing faculty member and co-founder of ViSenze, on this incredible milestone!

Founded in 2012, ViSenze has pioneered breakthrough visual search technologies for retail, developing advanced machine learning capabilities for product discovery. Over the years, the company introduced multimodal AI search, reshaping how people discover products both online and in-store.

As part of this strategic acquisition:

  • All ViSenze staff will join Rezolve’s global team
  • The Singapore office will become Rezolve’s APAC headquarters
  • Continued investment in R&D is planned
