Application
To apply for our programme, candidates are to submit their applications via the online application portal.
Application Fee
A S$100 non-refundable application fee (per online application & before prevailing GST) is payable for our MSc DFinTech programme.
Application Deadline
The admission exercise for the MSc DFinTech programme is conducted once a year for one admission intake in August. The deadlines for submission of application forms are as follows:

Status of Application
The application outcome will be available via the online Graduate Admission System by end of April or early May.
Online Application via the Graduate Admission System
When submitting your application online, you will be asked to enter a 6-character password. Your password is important and can be used, together with your application number, to access the following online facilities related to your application:

- Online Reply to Offer of Admission
*Note: Please refer to “Status of Application”.
For submission of your application via the online Graduate Admission System, you are required to prepare your supporting documents for upload via the online system. The documents to be uploaded to the online system should be in pdf format.
All documents that are not in English must be accompanied by certified true copies of the English translation documents. Omission of required information and documents may render the application void.

Test Scores

*Applicants who have graduated from universities where English is not the medium of instruction are required to submit TOEFL or IELTS score as proof of English proficiency. Applicants must submit an official copy of the test scores in your online application and electronically send the scores to the University, via Educational Testing Service (for TOEFL and GRE) or IELTS Test Report Form (for IELTS). Our institution code for GRE is 0677, Department Code 0402/ 0404, GMAT code is DRT-16-68 and TOEFL code is 9088. The validity of GRE and TOEFL scores are 5 years and 2 years respectively. |
Referee’s Reports All applications will require at least two referee’s report. |
Referees’ recommendations are to be submitted via the online Graduate Admission System. Applicants are to include the referees’ email addresses in their online application, and the system will send an email to your referees. Applicants may also manually trigger a resending of email to their referees via the Graduate Admission System, if required. It is not necessary to submit hardcopies of the recommendation letters. |

Providing Documentary Evidence
Candidates are required to produce the original copies of the application documents for the School’s verification during registration formalities, if the application is successful.
If the application is successful, candidates should also submit a hardcopy of the official transcript (listing all courses taken and their grades) from each university attended, during completion of registration formalities (Registration Part 2). The official transcript must be enclosed in a sealed envelope with its flap bearing the security seal of the University and the signature of the Registrar or his representative. Original copies of supporting documents submitted by candidates will not be returned.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Completed applications must be submitted with the above mentioned supporting documents via the Graduate Admission (GDA) System by the stipulated application deadline.
- All required documents must be uploaded at the point of submission in order to be considered for admission. The School will not upload supporting documents on behalf of applicants.
- Applications deemed incomplete by the School (e.g. those with insufficient documents, transcripts, etc. that do not contain all semesters’ examinations results or have not satisfactorily completed their requirements for the bachelor’s degree by the stipulated deadline of submission) will not be processed.
Applicants are required to submit a new application with full set of supporting documents should they be interested to apply for the MSc DFinTech programme again. Applications received after the closing date will not be processed.
